Shipping (Physical items – certificates & frames)

• What we ship: only the certificate of sponsorship (standard certificate) or a framed certificate (if purchased). The living tree is not delivered as a plant to the sponsor.
• Domestic (Ireland): estimated delivery 3–5 working days from dispatch.
• EU: estimated 7–14 working days.
• Dispatch: We aim to dispatch certificates within 3-5 days of the order or within the timeframe shown on the product page.
• Tracking: Where tracking is available we will include tracking details in your confirmation email.
• Lost parcels: If you believe a parcel is lost, contact us immediately. We will investigate with the carrier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns & Replacements

• Damaged on arrival: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will offer a replacement or refund for the physical certificate or frame.
• Wrong item delivered: Please contact us within 48 hours; we will arrange collection/replacement at our cost.
• Change of mind / cancellations: Because our Service involves planting a living tree, the ability to cancel depends on timing:
  • If planting has not yet occurred, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund of the Service (less any non-recoverable card fees).
  • If the tree has been planted or irreversible actions taken to fulfil the Service, the Service is non-refundable. Physical Goods (certificates) may be returned in unused, undamaged condition within 14 days for a refund of the Goods price (return postage paid by sponsor unless damaged).
• How to return: Email us at hello@grownforest.ie with order number, reason, and photos (if damaged). We will provide return instructions.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of confirmation of the refund. Time for credit to appear depends on your card issuer.
