Clean window glass thoroughly (alcohol wipe helps), dry fully, then press the suction cups firmly onto the glass, expelling air. For best hold, mount on smooth, non-textured glass and avoid placing above radiators or in very draughty spots. Fill with bird food, then wait—birds often discover new feeders within a few days. Re-seat cups seasonally for maximum grip.

Refresh seed regularly and remove any damp or mouldy food. Wash the feeder every 1–2 weeks with warm water and mild soap; rinse and dry fully before refilling. In freezing weather, use high-energy foods (sunflower hearts/suet) and keep the feeding ledge clear of ice. Position away from intense midday sun to prevent overheating.
